When I was on PRRA my work permit was 6 months and I paid CAD 155.
I applied initially without payment and it was return and I was instructed to make payment and send the application again, which I did

Applied in December 2017 the wrong lawyer I used submitted my application later and by June 2018 a negative decision was given.

i am talking about one a person in this forum who applied H&C. and his application was approved within 4 months.

Hello my dear, I hope you're doing well. I assumed my application is the one you're talking about.

My file was processed very fast because of my uncertain circumstances, I also want you to know that an Senior Immigration Officer from HM called me before the officer made the decision of my AIP, the Officer called me to know about my situation, and I also want you to know that my file was moved to HM - Integrity Division and after the AIP my file again was moved to another office and it also in “TRIAGE” but because I have all the supporting documents for the second stage and done my medical prior to the Medical request it’s move very fast. Before my H&C Application I have also refusal.

I hope this will enlighten you and gives you more understanding, we are in different situation and different grounds for H&C.

We should just stay happy and positive and never questioned the privilege given by the officer to the fie of someone. Let’s hope for the best for everyone.
