MPNP inland application, my primary office is Sydbey, secondary is CPC-Ottawa, do you know if my file should be in Sydney or Ottawa?

What do you mean not got updated from jan 2020 you sent your application in march according to your timeline in your signatures
And did you made any mistake in your forms like did not sign or something originally?

Yea i sent my document last Oct, returned Jan2020. I re-sent it Feb2020.

no clue but i think it goes to your home office which is closest to your home address after the DM is made.

it is beneficial. as it help the application move along. when you send a webform the agent takes a look at it and works on it.

May be or not, because it depends on various factors like inland-outland, time since ur AR, ur NOC, visa officer, visa office, ur country. Last one is just to add because of VFSs & local VACs are dead or working on other priorities.
I had seen some cases with DM since September- October 2020 waiting for their turn (Outlanders).
