Does anyone know what comes next or how long it takes to get COPR after this?

How long it took for you to get web from response, I raised one last Wednesday still haven't heard back.

you can call IRCC in the morning time and get your latest status or just wait for it, it will come to you way anyways

Most banks here require you to be physically present to verify a number of details (proof of address, proof of identity, and your SIN number)

Has anyone gotten this kind of feedback before?
I raised a web form to make enquiries about my application and to know my VO. To my surprise, I got the reply via my EE account with a pdf file saying,
"Good day, Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. Please note that nothing further is required from you at this time. Please note that disruptions and restrictions due to COVID-19 may have an impact on processing times. Regrettably, we are unable to provide you with a timeframe, but rest assured we are doing what we can to process your application in a timely fashion."

PS: my application is at 61%
