Same here - Final Review since 6th Nov

Got mine updated to fluctuation stage today. Check if its the same for you.
Was waiting in Final Review since 25th Nov.

Can we apply for express entry with the report downloaded using the fluctuation method?
Also if I complete and submit the application today will I be applicable for the draw which should happen tomorrow?

Application Received: 21st Oct
In-Line for Processing: 21st Oct
Final Review: 25th Nov
Fluctuation Stage: 08th Dec

Was able to successfully download the report using the fluctuation trick. Got masters for my PGDM from India. Shared only PGDM for evaluation via Truecopy.

Hi,

I have created my profile in IQAS but since last Friday I am struggling to pay my payment.

Tried all the way -

1. No Popup blocker
2. 200 MBPS speed
3. Google Chrome
4. Logged in before 8:45 (IST)
5. Was on the final payment page.

But still at sharp 8:15 when I click on Payment stuff I get a blank white screen.

Anything more I should do, because if I login after 8:45 - the website seems to be loaded and it gives regularly same page. This is really insane.

Follow these steps.
1. Use Microsoft Edge browser.
2. Login at 8:00 MST.
3. Go to Complete Draft Application or Make online Payment
4. Quickly check all the details one by one. (complete within 10 minutes)
5. Go to final payment page (where credit card and preview option is there) Initially, it will show IQAS daily limit of applications for immigration purposes has been reached for today.... . But here is the catch, refresh the page 1 or 2 times (you will get same message of daily reach)
6. Now do final refresh at sharp between 8:14:30 MST (if less than 30 MBPS) or 8:14:40 MST (If 30+ MBPS), once the page refreshed, don't wait, just click preview and payment. Bang!! (Don't wait for preview file).
7. Don't forget to on pop up from the setting (Check Youtube).
8. Finally, another page will open, then you have 5 minutes for final payment.
9. Cheers!!!

Unfortunately it didn't work, the refresh - sent me back to sign-in page ;-(
