Mention where you lived..if that country is mentioned in their list so they will know directly and I added a note I can't get background check from the xx country because I was a temporary resident and that is mentioned on your website

If you have a good lawyer you can stay here in Canada i was out of status from 2016 and was ask to voluntarily to leave Canada after my first h&c was denied. but my son was born here in Canada hes was a special need child, and yesterday I got my Aip from a second h&c I applied for with a very good lawyer! And with the help of God.

It was based on him but the lawyer that we had before he wasn't good because he never mentioned me in APPLICATION he didn't send and prove of anything that he mentioned in the APPLICATION so basically he didn't know what he was doing. The officer mentioned in the refusal letter that there wasn't any prove of what mentioned of the child.hope this help

It was based on him but the lawyer that we had before he wasn't good because he never mentioned me in APPLICATION he didn't send and prove of anything that he mentioned in the APPLICATION so basically he didn't know what he was doing. The first lawyer didn't do anything like this, whatever your APPLICATION is about you going to need prove to back up that your APPLICATION is about prove. Hope this help

hi ! so you dont have any news from the immigration right ? hope that your application will be accepted , in many situations , people send a bad file although their case may be stronger, just because they don't have enough documents and proof in their applications.
in conclusion, good documentation will definitely have a positive impact on your request.

I came here on a visitor Visa and then it expired so I was out of status 2016 so I wasn't supposed to work, but my husband as his open work permit so he was the one working and pay the lawyer fee she's not expensive she charges 3000 and he pay her little little until it finishes. So I stayed home and take care of my special need son

It's not easy because it's my husband alone working two jobs to pay lawyer fee, the first lawyer he charged 5000 that was a waste he didn't know what he was doing so we got refuse the first time. but this time it was successful....to God be the glory great things he as done
