Caught a GU now. Ottawa working on a Sunday or glitch?

I caught 2 GU for mine as well (midnight at around 3am)..I dont think it's a glitch. I was surprised too
My visa office is Etobicoke. Aor Aug 27th. I'm really hoping it's a progress!

FSW is processed faster than CEC these days.

To be honest, everyone complains that THEIR VO is the slowest.

Last week alone, someone else was lamenting that Sydney (Nova Scotia) VO was super slow, even though (anecdotally) they dished out a lot of PPRs in that very week.

Every VO is impacted by the global pandemic. Ottawa just happens to be the region that got especially affected.

So basically your progress is the same as mine. AOR 24 August, VO Ottawa, called on 24 Nov: criminality is still in progress, other phases haven't started.
