Yes she can travel with anyone if she has valid study permit. Is she in school or college?

I wonder that i did upfront then received MR, i called medical exam place, they told me combined IME and UMI(upfront). Is it no problem to MP?

No there is no issue if you done medical already. Just submit your medical report through webform and you will pass in 1-1.5 months. Congratulations man your application is moving fast.

Are you inland or outlander? Did you tried to submit webform? Tried to call them to have temporary file number?

Yes you should send webform. You will get reply in 2 weeks . Also you can get temporary file number calling them .
