So he does not need to go through an interview??? but the email he got says he will be called for an interview after all requested documents are sent. Are you sure he does not have to fill in a pr application and include all his family members like all do?

Did you applied h&c or your lawyer did it for you? I had heard of the interview before the pandemic but not now

That’s good you send all the documents. If everything go thru you will get your co pr. If They need anything else . They will email you or your lawyer. The best advice is your lawyer and if you don’t mind can you share your timeline on

I do not know his timeline tbh with you. How long do you think he will need to wait until he hears back from them? He sent all requested documents, including medical checkups for him and his family members.

It depends on the officer. Some officers responds quick some don’t . There’s more member here waiting for second stage for months . They might suggest u or advice regarding this matter

H&c process timeline is 28 months but they’re some members here been waiting more then 31 months but some got lucky got answers 3 to 12 months

your still in process your not stage 1 or 2

there is no specific processing time. but apparently many requests sent in 2019 and 2020 (and especially 2020) were processed quickly than requests sent before (2018).
processing can be further expedited if you do not have a refused asylum application or a dangerous problem with immigration
