Guys, please make me feel better. Give some hopes ;)
On a lighter note - this thread is mostly thronged by hopeless people.

Just look at plight of July 2019 people onwards, that would give you bit of solace.
For you things would be finalized soon 'hopefully'.
Almost there. All the best.

Sorry to hear but a minor correction - for ails of Quebec we can't blame Canada. Rest of Canada has EE which has worked seamlessly during pandemic also. Quebec exacerbated the plight of it's wannabe permanent residents by choking quota and the domino effect rolled over to IRCC and the scapegoats caught in this churning are people who chose Quebec instead of rest of Canada.

Hope things turn out well for you soon. Almost there. All the best.

My timeline is exactly the same as yours and they didn't even start my security check yet (I call them and ask it every single week)
I have the impression that they've simply skipped November applications since there's a bunch of applicants from August, October, December 2018, and even Jan ,Fev and March 2019 receiving their CoPRs while November 2018 Applicants remain in limbo. I'm super upset about it...

Sorry, I wish I could give you some good news but unfortunately I have none
