Ita a Good sign that people are getting updates and most of the cases are moving towards finalization. But I don't know why LVO is silent in my case, no ADR no Pre-arrival till date. Curiosity at its peak. I mean, If there is a problem or anything missing in my file, they must contact us, but more than 4 months since AoR2 and 16 months in the whole process, still uncertain and hopeless

I’m on the same boat bro, after AOR2 back in July 2020 and it’s dead silence until now.

I applied for my husband for sponsorship. We got rejected given the reason our marriage isn't genuine. I appealed the decision. One of the reasons for rejection in the blue book says on our nikah nama urdu one the marriage date is written with a different pen. Hoe can i defend this point? Is this point relevant for rejection? I asked my father who was there when the molvi was filling out the info on the NN on the marriage day but he said he didnt realose that the molvi didnt fill the date. When he went to get it stamped UC they wrote it down. Thats wht it is in different pen.

Please discuss with an attorney, InshaAllah attorney will help you out, you must have to appeal.
The reason they have given it's ridiculous.

Its 3 months now after the appeal's re-open decision and also submitted the additional document. GCkeys status show.
(1) We are reviewing eligibility.
(2) You do not need medical. "First medical done 15 may 2018 "
(3) we are reviewing the additional document.
(4) you have completed the interview " After 2 rejection interviews & appeal "
(5) You do not need Biometric.
(6) You application is in process we will send you massage when we start background check.
(7) Final decisions Your application is in process we will send you massage once the final decision has been made.

What is the best possibility of next step & how long gonna it takes ?
