BVL But No Medical Request, Refusal Imminent?

Hi. I applied July 11th Non SDS from Pakistan
Got AIP early September.
Just received BVL but no medical request.
I searched online for BVL with no medical request and it seems it is a sure sign of refusal in past years?
Is this true? What is the general trend for BVL?
My DLI is on the list.

Usual trend is what you are saying is right but you never know its not refusal untill you get one so keep positive attitude.

No my AIP was on 12th September. I have not ordered GCMS notes

Oder GCMS Notes once you get final decision, this year everything is different so cant comment at this point.

Secondly you got AIP so that seems positive. just hope for the best.

Did u get AIP in email or GC Key account? Also did u start online classes or deffered to Jan 2021? Dont worry u will get a positive response!

I got AIP in GC Key account. Yes I started online classes.

Hello everyone!! Sorry to barge in but I seriously want your opinion. What is the possible outcome in the case where no AIP is received ( initially applied for fall later deferred for Jan prior to getting any updates) then received medical request?
