I submitted on the 30th October. Acknowledgement came the next day. PPR and CoPR email came on the 17th November!

While we're waiting on PPR, can we all digress the conversation to the 14 day Quarantine Plan expected of newcomers to Canada? I have long downloaded the 'ArriveCAN' app. I've also read up the guidelines from IRCC ( https://www.canada.ca/en/public-health/services/diseases/coronavirus-disease-covid-19/arrivecan.html). However, I think a real time experience from anyone here would be more relatable. Who has an idea how to go about the quarantine plan, or knows someone who knows someone who has done the Quarantine plan and has recently used same to successfully travel post covid lockdown? Pray tell. Let's have a little (but helpful) distraction from the anxiety of awaiting PPR.

Below is an extra ticket from IRCC website on POF.

Document requirements;
The applicant should provide an official letter(s) from one or more financial institutions that lists all current bank and investment accounts as well as outstanding debts, such as credit card debts and loans.
The letter(s) must be printed on the letterhead of the financial institution and must include the applicant’s name, the contact information of the financial institution (address, telephone number and email address), the account numbers, the date each account was opened and the current balance of each account as well as the average balance for the past six months.

Just ask for a letter written to confirm that you are the owner of the account and this is how much you have in it at the moment. They might ask you to pay tho.

Please for how long will the money supposed to be in the account and when do they call bank to verify the money.

I don't think they do any form of verification of the money in the bank. What they probably do is confirm from the bank that the document is genuine from them. (I'm not even sure this is done)
