No update for me, however I just resent my photo today (no request from IRCC) and will see if it will cause any issue with my application. Seems risky but if you don't know what's gonna happen, you won't know!

It did, it was for Winnipeg. And haven't received any update since July after photo delivery. Do you think it would be a good idea to also send it to Etobicoke office too?

No it’s doesn’t work like that. You will get your PR card only from the office mentioned in your COPR. I can totally understand your frustration and wait but the processing time is about 4 months, if you have already hit your 4 month mark, I would suggest to call IRCC to get the update that might help.

It saw that through CIC account. However, i think that was a glitch i didn't get any update after that.

Did you link the application to your cic account?

Mailed my photos in June to Winnipeg and no updates yet. Just a little bit frustrating, since new CoPRs are getting it in 1 month.
