HELP!! Eligibility changed from Failed to Recommend Interview

Yesterday I received my GCMS. The final decision has not been made yet but I did notice that under the application section, the Eligibility changed from Failed to Recommend Interview as below:

The Assessment is Recommend Interview as well. What can this possibly mean? Im so confused! Please help!

It's a refusal still in queue, you will be informed.

Yes, most of the time it goes into refusal from this pattern. These are the signs but there are still slim chances.

Previously it was Failed. Why didnt they just refuse me but changed to recommend interview instead? I don't understand..

Lots of workload at the visa office, they are very slow in their ways. Especially at CPC Ottawa, I have recently noticed a trend where they release refusals in big batches. This "Recommended interview" is initiated by the case analyst and the final assessment is done by the VO. Usually for getting the eligibility passed it advances from "Recommended passed" or sometimes "Review required" but it very rarely goes from "Recommend Interview" to "Passed".

Not true, plenty of recommend interview change to passed. It's the failed one that's concerning me. Maybe the officer made a mistake or clicked the wrong thing. Anyhow it's not a refusal until you're "refused"

One of my friend whoes gcms shows eligibility failed got AIP on the next day Gcms arrived.His medical got expired, may be because of that eligibility showed failed I guess.

Do you know what his Assessment is? It's located in the second page. Mine is Recommend Interview.
