Same reply from IRCC.
Completing my 23rd months, no medicals yet.
Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Your application is currently located at the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia Canada.
Please be advised that requests for medicals will be sent in due course.
How do i find our where my file is being handled?
I just received my XEP number too, by the usual email.
Yesterday, i spoke to one of the IRCC’s agent about my file, and she said your file is well recd by us and the representative was assigned on your file long time ago but no correspondence has been sent yet and if you have any missing documents or signatures in your file your XEP would also not be generated and the temporary number would be deleted from the system. She said she cannot see any missing docs/ or notes from that rep which i should be concerned of. Not sure how much is the truth or how knowledgeable was she because if all was good and rep was assigned i would have recd AOR and not XEP
how can we contact with IRCC’s agent ?
Do you have any number from them ?
