Hi, application status of my mother in law changed to complete and status says "you entered canada at the etobicoke ircc office on november 9, 2020 and became a permanent resident." i still didn't receive any CORP in email or mail and its been more than 15 days now.
can someone please tell me if this delay is normal or can i do anything to expedite this?

Get GCMS note and try to reach your MLA also if your SA is still in process.
It is not sure for your case but many friends are reporting that their file was stuck in the social service organization that is a provincial body.
You have to talk with MLA and MP in person or over the phone rather than sending a letter. Most MPs have a an assistant who deals with the immigration case. You have to understand that immigration being federal jurisdiction MP's inquiry will be taken seriously while SSC is under provincial jurisdiction, MLA has more knowledge about it.
Being your parent here in Canada will not help much in the stage of your case.

I am in the same boat, Decision was made on March 09 and status change to IP on Nov 03,2020, Medical is extended for another year. Parents are in India

Hi @K0c4nbi3t , what process did you follow for your sister? did you request special entry allowance for your sister as she is not considered immediate family member of yours? also can you please let me know when the landing is done? I am in the same boat, my siblings are dependents in the PGP application, and I need them all come together at once, and I know with COVID and new post November entry rules things can get more complicated.
