Call them first, explain your situation. They will give you their email and you’ll get a reply shortly. I emailed my liberal MP 3 times this summer and they gave me updates quickly
We tried calling at the number, there was a number for immigration but nobody was picking it up

I am june 7 2019 applicant and I received pre arrival on 21 oct 2020 and after that there is no news and still waiting for dm or ppr and should I message ircc using webform or should still wait ?
it depends when you last contacted IRCC. I would go ahead and reach out to them as long as you are within reasonable time frame - it doesn’t hurt.

okay. Based on the medical update and what you have said, if you don’t hear anything until the end of this month, then they can be contacted beginning of December. That being said, let’s see if anyone else has a different opinion on the forum that can contribute to the decision.

I submitted on the 28th of October and Still nothing. Pray for me. I will also pray for you
Wow! The average for pre-arrival after ADR submission seemed to be from 10-15 days for most people. I'm right behind you and this kinda concerns me too. What's the date on your GCKey when they started reviewing your documents?
