I will suggest you do it by yourself. Don't listen to your consultant. If you get a medical request from IRCC then in that condition, the doctor will do everything for you. But if you're going for upfront, then you have to inform IRCC through web form that you have already done your medical by sending the information sheet!!
If you don't want to do anything then hang in there. soon you will get a medical request from IRCC

Just go to your closest panel physician, do the medical exam and he will give you your emedical sheet, just send it thru a webform, within a month it should be passed. That's what I did.

Hello, i just have a question. I got a DM on 10th Nov and after that I didn't receive any update. I m also an OINP applicant with my timeline in my signature. CoPR that u got, is it issued from Etibicoke? I'm kind of stressed right now as I didn't even have ECAS turned into completed as I see yours was completed after 5 days of DM

No. When you get your CoPR letter, it will come with instructions how to apply for PR card, which is the photo size and the address where to send it to.
