I recently received a notification of interest from Ontario for it's Human Capital Stream. As I was filling out the OINP application, I noticed that in the Education details, it wants me to list my education history. I have a Master's degree from the US and a Bachelor's degree from India. Although I had submitted both my Bachelor's degree and my Master's degree to be evaluated, WES only evaluated my Master's degree and didn't evaluate my Bachelor's degree, so I only have one ECA for the Master's degree. On reading, I found that OINP will sometimes put your application on hold if you don't have an ECA for all your degrees. What do I do in this scenario ? Should I just submit the Master's ECA and not fill out the Bachelor's degree information in the Education history ? This is for the OINP application, not the EE or ITA application.
I also have a similar question. I only got one of my qualifications evaluated by ECA. Do i need to get all the qualifications assessed or getting the highest qualification assessed by ECA would suffice?

I have the same query. Can someone let me know what did you do? I am filling up my OINP application and have the masters ECA. I sent both my masters and bachelors for evaluation but got only the masters as equivalent. I am planning on not entering the bachelors degree in my OINP application. Has anyone done this and gotten through?

Thanks I have entered my bachelors in my EE profile and selected 'No' under the ECA. Should I go ahead and remove it as well or provide a letter of explanation alone?

Hi @chandra91, I added only the masters degree in my OINP application. Got nominated on June 22, 2021. Preparing to submit my PR application in a day or two. So go ahead and only add your masters. Since your ECA shows only masters, it will not be a problem with OINP.
