Ghost update: October 19th
I had 2 updates between PR application submission and COPR, yet for the card I have had 3 so far.

Ghost update: November 15th
Office: Montreal
COPR: Jun 8th.
Photo recieved: July 6th.
130 days has passed since they recieved my photo and this is my forth ghost update. I am not sure if it is a system glitch or actually means something.

I sent my photos on Nov 2 to the Ottawa office (NHQ) and just checked, it shows there is a ghost update but I suspect it's a system glitch because when I click "check my application" it lands on "Bad gateway (error 502) so I'm not sure.

I am in the same situation as you, Montreal Office received photos by July 8th. However, I saw just one GU by beginning of September..
