BVL (Biometrics Validation Letter) is sent to you when your application is approved or rejected. It specifies that your biometrics is valid for 10 years. If you ever apply again within that 10 years, you don't need to give biometrics.

Hmmmm....but I never received any such letter. However, under my login it shows the validity of biometric till next 10 years.

I have a question. I had applied for Global Talent Stream Visa for Canada 3 Months ago. We all know that the processing time for GTS is 2 weeks but now it's 3 months after biometric I am still awaiting a response from Embassy. Is anyone have an idea that how much it will take to process my visa or due to Covid the processing time will also increasing?

No one can tell you that. I applied for the same thing in February 2020. I only got approval yesterday. There are some people theirs were faster than mine though

What if your biometrics was done a year ago? I have a valid visitor's TRV from last year. Would I still get a BVL?

I have the same question. There are a lot of testimonials of students where they have shared their experiences but I am unable to find info related to work permits. If anyone knows something about travel with work permit during these times, please share.
