Check the email thoroughly,
have they asked you to send document through email or upload them through GCKey, and those documents will be send by your husband not you and your husband must have a GCKEY account as well since you applied for him. If the documents are to be uploaded through GCKEY account then your husband should upload them not you.

Just to clarify the answer for this post, you will likely be asked to resubmit the photos if you did not fill out that information on one of the photos. That information is asked for to verify that the person in the photograph is you.

When you receive your PPR everyone is asked to submit these photographs. They need the recent and updated photo of you for your permanent resident card.

I am the representative of my husband. And I filled the form for a reprensative to get updates and all otherwise when I called them one day they told me we cant tell you anything even if u r sponser still u need to fill the form for reprentative.
So that is why they send everything to my email. But m confused if I have to email them.. Do they have a phone number? Can i call them and ask are they good on phones?

which photos?
we have already sent photos with file...are you talking about those photos,they tell you the exact size and background type details? i hope you will get my point....i am confused...

i just called my husband who was at work :p to ask about these photos and he told me that we have already sent them these pictures with name dob and studio stamp...and i don't think so they ask everyone to resend these photos because we've gone to that particular studio who click photos for immigration and i remember he told us that immigration won't ask you to resend these photos..

I am 2nd April 2019 , i got requested additonal documents on september 25th and submitted them on October 14th. I didnt receive anything after that? Anyone in the same situation? I see applicants who got additional documents after me getting pre-arrival im abit worried now.

Wth they can even request this after pre arrival? Why couldn’t they just ask everything at once.
