I haven't yet sent my application, I am awaiting the results of the TCFCANADA ( cause i'm french speaker but i study english now in a language school ) and the report of my childrens psychologists and psychiatrists.I'm trying to do my best, that's why I want to take some more time to strengthen the case.I have heard that the processing is better for requests sent in recent days than those sent in 2018 or 2019.I hope that we will have a good results amen

Oh I see!But I really think you should apply as soon as you can because,H&C takes forever in some cases.You can send updates from time to time to help your case if you want to.i hope that helps.

yes I agree with you, to be honest we started to fill the forms to get ready.

I will see with my lawyer first, if the TCF results retarted I will send the application and make updates afterwards.

the majority of them advised meto not apply for asylum, if I really want to apply for permanent residence under humanitarian and compassionate grounds because if the application for protection will be rejected, my chances of making an h&c application will decrease and the treatment will become more complicated, is it true?

Most applicants who got a rejected asylum case apply for H&C after a while. If you do not come from a country with lot of risk, hardship or your life in danger itsl is not best to apply for asylum but its your choice if you want to especially if you believe you have a very strong case.

Hi guys, please is it possible to get AIP on H & C while decision on JR of failed refugee is still pending from federal court? Both H&C and JR were submitted simultaneously in Feb, 2020, while H&C has moved to 'in process' already, no decision yet on JR
