Are you calling 1(888) 242 2100? If yes, right after the automated voice asks you to choose between french & english, you should dial 3-4-1-0 quickly. I'd recommend choosing the french option because the english line is always busy. Once you're connected to an agent, they'll ask for either file number or UCI. You just need to give your UCI.
I think 1(888) 242 2100 is Canada only. Is there a number to call outside of canada?
