Even though the mail states that we are not allowed to travel due to restrictions in place, it's still good to know that our files are progressing. Like i said i do not think you need translations for logos or stamps if the content is in english but i can be wrong.

Btw, i got my certificates translated from a translation company in India. They usually provide a translated copy and a whomsoever certificate with date, seal & signature saying they have translated to the best of their knowledge. Do we also need an affidavit apart from the whomsoever translation company provides?

Give them your UCI. If your file has been scanned and registered in their system, they'll be able to locate it. If they have not yet opened the package you sent, they'll ask you to call later.

I need your guidance , while calculating my point under quebec skilled worker programme i notice that quebec immigration give point for study in quebec only if your total hour of studies is 900 hoir or above and i have done 2 AEC programne but each of them duration was 870 hour, my concern is can i claim point for my study considering that i have done 2 A3C programme

AOR is sent when an application is deemed complete and has been assigned to an agent.
The problem is you dont get to the point to speak to the agent. IVR asks to key-in the application number, if you dont it disconnects
Are you calling 1(888) 242 2100? If yes, right after the automated voice asks you to choose between french & english, you should dial 3-4-1-0 quickly. I'd recommend choosing the french option because the english line is always busy. Once you're connected to an agent, they'll ask for either file number or UCI. You just need to give your UCI.
