Since it is Sunday today you must have listened to the pre recorded status which is same as what you see in your CIC account (It will stay like this until you get COPR). Try calling Monday to Friday from 9 to 4 pm EST and then press 0 after listening to this status which will connect you to an agent who will give you latest update on your file.

Hi! I applied for PR through CEC class on June 20th with my family members. Upfront Medical passed in 16 August. Biometric October 17 updated. Waiting for final decision. I have a question. At this point, IRCC still will be assessing my Academic evaluation points or i have crossed that level?

Is your eligibility passed already? If it is passed then you have nothing to worry about your education points.

Mine was updated mid October. Never got a refund.

I was told a refund would be made after the application is finalized.

Just received the biometrics fee refund today, I see it was initiated on Nov 4. Strange that my bio status is still "we have not received..."

Anyone else received bio fee refund?

Yes you can find out by sending a webform, calling IRCC (make sure you actually speak to an agent) or by ordering GCMS notes. Online cic portal won't show other details passed except biometrics and medical until you get your application approved.
