So i have a question about the 1 year of experience for my NOC because i think it's very complicated.

So, 2 year ago i signed for a private college for a 2 year program (1 year of study+1 of work) and i received a study permit until november 2020. After a couple of months i realized that 2 years were too much time so i changed to 1 year program (6 months study+6 months work).
After the end of the 1 year i found a job (a different job from the one i did in the 6 months program for the college). Obviously the study permit that i had wasn't valid (in theory) because even with the paper saying november 2020 my whole "college" experience finished with the first job at the end of 2019 and my graduation in january 2020.
So my lawyer asked for an extension knowing it would be refused. But in that way i started to work because i was in implied status and thanks to that i applied and obtained the PNP. They gave me the PNP so i have to think that working in a new company after asking the implied status was "acceptable".
In the mean time they refused the extension for the study permit (obviously) a couple of months ago. But i applied for a closed work permit with the pnp and a month ago i received it.

So, i started to work in that company at march (during the implied status) and in theory in march 2021 i'll have 1 year of work there.

BUT the point is.... i started to work there during the implied status that i asked to extend the study permit.
So the one year of work officials started in March when i started to work there or now in october when i received the closed work permit ?

You generally can't count any work experience gained while on a study permit.

Yes but i wasn't under a study permit in theory.
In theory the study permit ended the day of my graduation, everyone was pretty clear that you can't work after the graduation because that day the study permit ends.
So i was under implied status.

The point is that i'm trying to understand what exactly the implied status is.
When you are in implied status it counts as "jolly" time like a normal work permit?
Or you have to consider the permit that you had and consider the time during the implied status as an extension of that?

Because if think that's the problem in my case. If the time during the implied status counts as study permit i probably can't count the work during that period.
If it's like a different permit probably i can count it.

I spoke with a lawyer and she said it's a grey area, but considering that in this period they're trying to let people works (for obvious reasons) probably they'll count it. But i wanted to listen other theories.
