June 9 AOR, July 24 BIL

I gave my biometrics yesterday. As per my last correspondence with IRCC, everything except Criminality is passed, and criminality was in progress waiting for my biometrics. I am hoping they will finalise my application soon .

Just received the biometrics fee refund today, I see it was initiated on Nov 4. Strange that my bio status is still "we have not received..."

Anyone else received bio fee refund?

No, that’s the weird part. I read that other people here with later AORs had theirs updated.

The call centre agent also said “criminality and biometrics are complete as of Oct 29” so I’m not sure why mine is different.

I was also told that biometrics fee has been refunded, though I haven’t seen it on my credit card. Only been a week so let’s see.
