I have a question... some questions actually

1-
I have my first H&C denied last December and I applied it again in March/20. I did the biometrics last Monday... Do you have any idea how long will take to get a answer?! My first took around 24/25 months.

2-
I have sent my updates through my lawyer but I was thinking to send it by my self. Can I?! If so... how do i do it? By email ou by mail?!

Hi there,where did you get your Biometrics done?If this is your second H&C,based on people who have been in similar situation,the second one gets processed quickly since you’re already in the database.Also,if you need to send updates yourself,you can do it via the web form.

I got it at Service Canada. They called to schedule it.

Usually take 12 to 18 if they refuse

May I asked you wha is the ground of your h&c and also which office did you send it

They requested RCMP criminal check in initial requested documents; but later they request again RCMP certified check (they call it RCMP Fingerprint). So I did twice. I should have done certified check in the first place.

I see. In our case it was not requested, they are doing the check probably. The rest of our docs and medicals have been updated about 1 month ago and no news since then.

No, I'm following my lawyer's notes. She prefers to wait till they send.
