Print it before signing . Then sign with black ink . Black is standard, coz it’s written in few other form that either type or print with black ink . So I followed that same Instruction
Same here . I did bio last year for work permit . But I still paid biometric fees . Before COVID , bio for work permit or study permit or visitor visa didn’t apply for PR application . But because of COVID , I think there’s an exemption . But still I paid the fees so that there’s no extra delays . If they decide not to get my bio metrics again , they’ll refund the amount .

No need of pof. They are not asking for it . Only submit what is being asked on the checklist. Include explanation letter and supporting documents only if you are missing any of the required documents

I do need ielts for d masters stream. And am applying with family. Am still confused about this additional document thing. Can u send me a snapshot of an example form u used plan paper for?
