There are thousands like you left in lurch by Quebec government. People say it's IRCC fault and covid-19 exacerbated it but in reality it's quota choking by Quebec government that resulted in it. However, most who are suffering are inland applicants like you, those who have assimilated well into Quebec society and hold jobs contributing to tax revenue of Quebec. I have nothing against Outland applicants but inlands also deserve some fair treatment. The unattended files since July 2019 has touched 30k figure now. Except a small figure (countable on your fingers) most (almost 99% +) are yet to receive any AOR.
The only Ray of hope is that IRCC is gonna digitize these files soon and start sending out acknowledgements as to confirming that they have got files on them and won't return them for lack of documents. This acknowledgement can be used to extend your wp through A75.
Thank you. Time for me to get some sleep after the little ray of hope.
Stay safe out there! I hope we get our status soon.
Hello, please let’s stop saying “nobody” received AORs since July 2019, that is not true. There have been very few AORs sent out, that is not much, but it’s not 0.
The AOR's sent are for sponsorship cases and not for QSWP.
A friend of mine got the MR yesterday. File received date is Dec 2018. Outland applicant
I hope they would work out all late 2018 applicants and then commence with early 2019 applicants.
Good Luck to all
Agree this is just an acknowledgement as to files in their inventory but still better than nothing.
Thank you very much. It helped me tremendously to read posts on this forum and to find out I'm not the only one. I'm sorry you are going through this too, all of us.
I will take your advice and hope for the best for all of us. The PEQ has changed a lot since I applied and I'd never qualify for it under the new laws. Here's to hoping we get our AORS asap and we can feel more secure about our future.

Hi,
I got my CSQ in May 2020 and I filed federal application on June 2020. I included CSQ confirmation letter rather than including CSQ certificate in the package. Is there any way to update CSQ certificate?

Request for updated Schedule A ( January 2020 )
Medicals were done upfront and it shows in my account received .
1. Shall I hope to receive Decision made in 2020 ?
2. or will their be an issue with upfront medicals... ( I did medical upfront because originaly i was waiting for CSQ for a while and it did not arrive, so i filed for express entry and got the ITA, and also at the same time i received my CSQ, so i deciced to stay in Quebece and file for QSW instead and i wrote a letter of explaination why i have the medicals upfront ), i hope that should not be a problem, because i have not received the decision yet... can any one help ?
Thank you.
