Same here applied Oct 1st got reply from IRCC saying more time is need for GCMS on the 30th days. They said i will take 30 - 60 days to provide the notes
The progress bar shows up after medicals are passed. However it is only a countdown of 6 months and is not any indication on how far along your application actually is.
What is the best way (least time consuming and causing no delay in application) to change adderess? I have moved (within Canada) to a new place.
1) Call IRCC?
2) Use Webform?
3) Use the online tool (see link below)

Well it all depends on the officer and case to case basis. There are multiple things involved. But if your all other stages are cleared you should be able to get copr soon

Hehe I understand why your name sounds like that then. Wait patiently. And you should hopefully be getting the happy news. There are many out there like you.
You can only send a webform and request. However, if the medicals have expired or are about to expire, IRCC will send the medicals for reassessment to the Regional Medical Officer who will make a determination on whether to extend it to ask for re-med. This is a fairly quick process and may even have been done already.
Alternatively, some applicants get a new meds done and send the upfront sheet. I personally feel this is just a waste of money unless IRCC specifically asks you for it.
Thanks a lot for the prompt response ! It’s encouraging to know that the reassessment is a quick process. We added a child in June, so I hope they would correlate and know that was the reason why we could not do my wife’s medical before submission in March.
