How did you know your application approved on 23rd? Because you haven't got any email and call.
Did you just check your account by yourself?

On 23rd oct, when i logged in - > I saw the status changed to Application updated ( ghost update) then it showed Approved

Hello. Congratulations!!!

Do you have any ideas on how long it takes to receive a PR card after you receive COPR?? I will have to change my current address for the upcoming January and will probably get my COPR by the end of this week. This is why I am asking you to know which address I should report to IRCC.

AOR 1st May , biometrics completed 9th Oct. I called IRCC last week and a representative told me everything is passed, only final decision is pending.
Can anyone please help me in giving an idea how much time can it take to get the final decision after everything is passed on the profile.

Yeah - I applied in August at that time officer had passed my elibility and security however my criminality was not passed since I did not have my Bio updated.. But now based on my call with agent - everything is passed and waiting for CoPR.
