You will apply for it. Your spouse can help you do that in Canada. It cheaper if your spouse applies on your behalf.

Once your visa is PLACED on your passport it will change to approved on GCKEY and it will show 100% complete.

Pls i don't have the Gckey. I only use the normal link for check application status and key in my UCI etc. Thanks.

If you were asked for additional document with your Passport request letter, then your ECAS will still indicate In progress it will change to decision made after review of additional document.
