no changes on ECAS but 'you do not need a medical exam' is disappear on the IRCC ARS phone call. is it a technical error? or there's something going on?

I tested 17th Sep, Upload by webform 18th Sep. I don't know when doctor submitted complete results. Got a mail from IRCC that they forward my medical test result to responsible office at 1st Oct.

Thank you for your reply!!!I went to the doctor 28 of September and he uploaded the results 8 of October!!I also got this mail too...I hope I pass the next 10 days...
