I'm Dec 1, 2019 AOR FSW - O still waiting for PPR. The wait seems to be never ending. Hoping to hear something soon!

HI Yes there are so many like us...waiting for PPR....AOR : December 22 2019.......Stream :FSW Outland (India)....Hoping for the Best....

Raised Webform last week and got reply from IRCC yesterday..Saying Application is till in process.... Processing is affected due to covid....We will make our best effforts to finalize u r application as soon as possible.....All the required docs are sent to concerned VISA office...

Waiting for our GCMS Notes.......

I haven't ordered GCMS notes yet and my last web form was in July from which the response I got was the eligibility, security and criminality are all valid.

This might be slightly unrelated but worth asking for opinion.
My AOR is Dec 2019. GCMS notes a few months ago showed that file is sitting idle in approved state since Apr 2020. I'm an Indian citizen living in USA.
I recently got an offer to start my PhD at University of British Columbia in January 2021. I'm not sure how to persuade IRCC to move my case so I can attend school. I can apply for student visa but do you people think IRCC would deny it because I would not be able to prove that I intend to leave the country after studies?
Additionally, any suggestions/recommendations on how I might be able to get there in time to start my PhD?

Send a webform to request priority processing since you are exempted from the restrictions, have job offer, and your file approved according to GCMS. If you know your VO, send them email as well with your application details included (application number, UCI, full name, DOB).

I recently request biometric letter for my spouse which I paid the fees. We were travelling so requested priority process. We received the BIL next day.

Its so annoying even APRIL Aor's are receiving COPRs ( one of my friend received COPR yesterday) and few of us are still waiting from Dec,2019 its somehow related to COVID Pace group only; its on a different trajectory.

In my opinion, Its a group which is of no priority to them and delaying it purposely; coz there's no point that an inland CEC applicant having APRIL AOR is getting COPR and CEC applicants having DEC AORs are still waiting.

Tell me about it!! I'm AOR April 2019!!! People who applied 1 year and 2 months after me are receiveing their pprs and I'm still waiting!!
