@legalfalcon hi, seeing a few FSW-O applicants having their files transferred to their local offices (Singapore, Accra, Turkey etc) and and some of them called IRCC and got to know that their Eligibility is passed. So, can we conclude that for FSW-Outland, transfer to local VO happens after eligibility has been passed? or is it just few coincidences. We have 3 such cases in Aug'20 AOR itself.

The usual flow of an application was Central Intake Office - Case Processing Centre - Local Visa Office

Where R10 would be done at CIO, the eligibility and other checks at CPA and then the final review at LVO.

However, this has drastically changed and now at CIO most admissibility checks can be done too. Some applications have everything done before they re transferred to the LVO, and for others, where the local knowledge is required, the eligibility is done at the LVO.
