Adding spouse to existing PNP PR Application

hi guys,
last week they mailed me and asked me to resubmit my wife's IMM5406.

On IMM5406 Section A there are 4 names to be filled.
Applicant
spouse/common law partner,
mother
Father

I am the applicant and i have added my wife after AOR.

As this application is for my wife i am confused whose name should i put in the applicant of applicant?

Put your wife name as primary , you will be under spouse and her parents

Saturday and today I got ghost update like profile update but there wasn’t any changes into my account

Hi, everyone i am in same situation as well. My AR is oct 29 , 2019. Send docs to add my spouse in march . Spouse got added in sep. send all the required docs upfront including medical. Hoping that see everything done quickly.

Yesterday i called ircc they said everything Is passed only decision is pending

I am in same situation bro. I called IRCC they said you have passed all steps on 4 September 2020. My spouse is in India. They said your file is under queue for final decision. From September I didn’t get any update.
