Well, I am June 2019, Inland PNP BC EE, VO Owatta, and still waiting - I was told about over a month ago that all areas passed, so I guess it's both inland and outland. The wait is never something I thought possible...16 months when it should have taken 6 months

It is not a perception. It is a reality. Outland applicants who are USA residents are excepted from the travel restrictions. When they receive PPR and PR visa wih COPR, they can move immediately unlike other outlanders.

The debate about Canada’s USA preference is already done some time ago.

Hello All, A generic query. For Indian residents, once the application is transferred to NDVO, will each stage(eligibility, background check, security, criminality) be processed or reviewed again fresh?
I am FSW-O and found out all stages are pass for me with the application at CPC office, Ottawa

If all stages are already passed, NDVO will only deal with PPR and visa and COPR issuance.

Sir travel restrictions are applied from USA as well. Non-essential travel is not permitted from USA as well. And only PR approved on or before March 18, 2020 can travel with essential reasons.

I didn’t debate about that. Non-essential travel restriction applies to all including citizens.

Permanently migrating to Canada is considered essential travel.
