2/ I'm waiting AOR as well. My Rep said during this time, I can leave Canada maximum 4 unpaid weeks. I don't know why. Maybe more than that i have to update info to IRCC about travel history.
3/ She said I can leave whenever i want to. Again, I'm waiting AOR.

I'm inland, I don't know about outland but upfront medicals definitely does speed up the process for inland applicant
