On ECAS we are getting MR request or only on GC key as nothing is updating on ECAS only showing in progress?

In Ecas it was always showing in process. You will get medical request in gckey

Will I get any update on ecas that medical is extended??
I don’t see any update on my ecas this point.

No, u wont see that in ecas. You will see medical extended in gckey only. Most likely you will receive a ghost update before its extended

Will it show me on ecas at all or I will only get any update on GCKEY only???
