It's around $13-20 CAD. They have the info on their websites. https://www.thegcmsonline.com/ is the cheapest one.

But if you have a friend/relative in Canada who can request it for you, it's only $5.

A month hasn't even passed yet. And it's different for everyone. No one can tell when you'll get your updates.
