Ready To finalise means that as per the analyst, the application is ready to be finalised for eligibility. This is the recommendation. Now an officer will review and make a final determination.

Ready to finalize means that the assistant or analyst is recommending that the officer review the file before making a final decision. You could raise a web form to inquire about the progress of your application

Hi everyone. Anyone’s input on this is very much appreciated. Also asking for anyone whose expert on this @legalfalcon. So i got my gcms notes a couple days back and i found out that theres a line in there that says counterfoil and copr. Theres also even a document number for the copr. Looks to me like its supposed to be issued already but then i found a note at the bottom that says status: cancelled.

The counterfoil refers to the PR visa which will be issued to you and the COPR will have a document number. After your application is approved and the documents issued to you, you will see these number on your MyCIC account too.
IF it has been cancelled, then your application may have been put on hold due to COVID.
On page 2 of your GCMS notes under "Assessments" do you see Approved next to Final?
Hi @legalfalcon thank you for your response. Yes, i noticed the copr document number in there too that starts with a T and then followed by numbers. My online account doesnt say anything though and ecas is still on process. On the page 2 under assessments i dont have anything on final but i have all these other things filled up.

So your application has been put on hold, and after the final review, they will issue the COPR. No need to be concerned, many other applications have also been put on hold. What is your country of residence?

Oh okay. I am really keeping an eye on it because my progress bar should be done in about 6 days from now. I am currently residing in Canada but im from the Philippines. One more question by the way if thats okay, i have noticed that my travel document number has also been entered by CIC incorrectly. Do you think i should give them a heads up and correct it now or should i just wait for them to finish processing my file?
