My timeline as follows:
AR DEC 2019
AOR FEB 2020
Ghost update JULY 2020 (changed background check from processing TO not started) but no PAL
Since then no update.

Is any one have any idea why they are now a days not issuing any AOR's and MR to inland as well as outland. Even i have seen so many Inland applicants have gone for upfront medical and some outland applicants too. But Upfront medical is only for Express entry candidates. Feeling confused..

Yes , i received email about message in my gckey account. When i logged in to account i have seen PAL.
According to gckey i passed eligibility on 27th july,2020
