Criminality. Passed bio
Medical. Passed expired
Info sharing. Completed

Study permit Rejected 2 times before.
Again applied on may. Had some backlog history.Is that a reason for refusal.

That sounds bizarre.

AIP just means he passed the first stage of eligibility assessment, he can still be refused on eligibility grounds in the second stage. He might've also received the AIP by error. Anyway, I wish him good luck!

I would advise that he raises a web form to ensure that he's in the clear. He should mention what's written in the notes in the web form.

His medical got expired during the process,with AIP he also got an update to submit new medical. So is that the reason for eligibility failed?

This can't be rather they can request for another medical but can't fail on this base.

This is definitely a bizarre update. Are you sure it was Failed or Recommend Failed (in which case it was not failed)? There must be å note around it some where in the whole file.
