Email Jenny Kwan.. tell her about your file And where it is processing. The more the better coz other offices are getting just fine but lvo is way far behind. Yes I know they are processing files from 17 countries but that’s their problem why one office getting that much of workload.. it’s their problem. There are so many 2018 applicants still remaining how come they are not trying to clear that backlog first. People like me had sent everything and sent docs again but still in process.. why... it should not take forever to process 2018 files coz there was no virus going on even until half of 2019 and it’s almost end of 2020. They are not being fair to us how they gonna be fair to 2020 applicants. I already emailed Jenny Kwan and all of you should do so even though the system know that there is a problem with one particular visa office they have to be forced to look upon lvo and tackle the backlog. Email email email... until we get to meet our loved once. There are little once who are waiting to meet their fathers for the first time

The Dm for me as the sponsor was sent the day after the request for my husband biometrics.

You mean you submitted the additional documents that they requested or you send them email for some other inquiry.
We received confirmation email right away for the additional documents submitted which is the general reply.
