Hi all, I think all applicants that have received aor2 before pandemic will have to submit additional requirements. When you go on cic website some forms were updated in November 2019, that’s why they need new ones now.

Would be smart for person in Pakistan to have police check ready and to gather all proof of communication and travel for when they ask for it! Help speed up ur process

Good day

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
We verified the information you provided; however, we require further information in order to access the file.
In order to better assist you, we invite you to resubmit your request by filling out the IRCC Web form and by following these instructions:

If you are the sponsor and are inquiring about the principal applicant, include the following information in the Your enquiry box of the Web form:

the sponsor's surname and complete given name (including middle name, if applicable),

the sponsor's date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD), and

the sponsor's country of birth, and

In the Applicant information section of the Web form, enter the principal applicant's information
If I ain't wrong, It doesn't seem hard to know what CIC is looking for.

They are these info.. as you have already mentioned them in your quest.

the sponsor's surname and complete given name (including middle name, if applicable),
A-
sponsor's surname ?
complete given name?
(including middle name, if applicable),

the sponsor's date of birth (YY ???
A- The person who sponsored to his or her spouse

YY-MM-DD ???
A - it's also for who has sponsored to his or her spouse.

the sponsor's country of birth ? ??
A- it's also for who has sponsored to his or her spouse.

In the Applicant information section of the Web form, enter the principal applicant's information ???
A- The person who has sponsored to his or her spouse, It's most likely His or Her Spouse The UCI Number, or Case Number or Application Number.
This last one is bit confusing to me, please help to this person if anyone sure about it.
Thank you!!

A person who received AOR2 after the lockdown on 8 Aug 2020 (25 July 2019 applicant) received the same ADR request, so it looks like we all might get one too!

My husbands biometrics are hooked up to the online account but says they don’t need his biometrics yet the tracking for his biometrics still says in transit to the office since September 7th. He did his medical and passed since should I be worried or do you think it will be fine I’m just a little bit confused why it still says in transit?

Has anyone applied for TRV recently in the last month or so? I have heard news of a few rejections but haven't heard news of any approvals lately.
