No, I didn't get a call from service Canada
And my biometric was updated as complete because I had biometric on file that I used for my initial study permit application in 2015.
The only thing I know that transferring the file makes the processing time longer. My file was transferred in February and GMCS notes show that even the agent wasn't assigned and nothing is done. Hopefully in Ottawa they work faster. You could ask the agent the reason of transferring or it appears on GMCS notes.
on the check list it say that i should have 2 return mails, one in the english or french and one in native language of residency. I only sent one, do think that will cause a problem?

No, not a problem as long as they don’t have to return your application for any reason. They don’t have that luxury of time to buy envelops and write addresses or to avoid writing wrong address hence the need for self addressed envelops. What is your time line?
does paper based processing time varies for inland and outland applicants ? because as i saw some inlanders here whose ARs are jan or feb 2020 got copr. replies are appreciated

No, I don’t think so. There are some inland with AR since February, 2020 that have not yet received AOR. So, sometimes, it is a function of who handles your application. Cases are also not the same, some are favoured by God and some, great luck.....my assumptions.
