oh ok, as per my understanding, Ghost updates means, you get email that your profile is updated but you dont see any update in profile.

Yep, definitely we are. Based on CIC:
Biometrics exemption for permanent residence applicants who have given biometrics within the last 10 years
As a temporary measure, you’re exempt from giving biometrics if you have both of the following:

• already applied or are applying for permanent residence
• given your biometrics within the last 10 years

I got a GU today as well ..
Stream = PNP Outland
AOR = June 23rd
MED= August 10th
BIL = August 12th
