Hi All,
Anyone here with their application stuck at Sydney Nova Scotia CIO? I have my application with everything approved except final review for over 3 months. Seems like it is in complete hibernation state.

Yes mine is in Sydney too, it's funny given that Nova Scotia has so few cases of covid so you'd think they'd be able to work! I sent a message to the consulate in London a couple of days ago expressing my frustration that as a healthcare professional I can pay another $1200 and apply for a work permit with priority processing but they can't just issue my visa!! I've had a response today saying an officer will be in touch, we'll see!!

My application is in CIO Sydney till the last webform reply which i received in August. Don't know what is happening with my file as nothing is valid except criminality. I have sent another webform request recently lets hope some positive comes up.

Same. It took 11 days to get a webform reply and I still haven't got my GCMS, which was ordered 37 days ago!!

Yep. My medical is valid till november. But i got medical request today.

Yup, because they are sure you won't be coming to CANADA as a Landed immigrant before Nov,2020 (Applicant can't be given landed immigrant status if his/her medical is expired).If u were an inland applicant and would have done your medicals within CANADA then they would have extended your medical for additional year without asking for re do medicals.
